NO. All our dresses are custom-made according to the measurements of our customer. They are not ready-to-wear but made from scratch, so we need time to process the order and hand make the dress. We start to process the order once payment for an order has been confirmed.

Preparation for Standard Dresses
We strongly recommend having your measurements taken by a professional tailor or seamstress or having someone help you, measuring by yourself will cause inaccurate measurement results and subsequent disappointing issues. Measurements should be taken in the undergarments you plan to wear under your dress. Make sure to keep the measuring tape comfortably loose, like you'd want your dress to fit.
Keeping a thumb in the inside of the tape is a practical way.
Bust Measurement - Standing up straight with your heels together, put your arms at your sides and relaxed. Measure the fullest part of your chest and around your back. Pay attention to that this is NOT your bra size. You must wear a bra while taking the measurement.
Waist Measurement - Measure the narrowest part of your torso. Practically, it is usually an inch or so above your belly button.
Hips Measurement - Standing up straight with your heels together, measure around the fullest part of your hips. Find your hip bones and measure there. Usually it is approximately 7 inches below the natural waistline.
Hollow to Floor Measurement - Standing up straight with heels together, measure from the center of the collarbone (Hollow) straight down to your feet. Attention please: you should measure it barefoot.
Height Measurement - Standing up straight with heels together, measure from the top of your head straight down to your feet. Attention please: you should measure it barefoot.

Contact Us within 3 Days after You Receive the Parcel
We only accept return applications that are within 3 days from the day of your signing for the reception of the parcel according to the courier firm. So it is very important that you check the item and try it on as soon as possible. It would be great if you can take some photographs to show us all the problems.
Returned Merchandise Must Meet Conditions Described Below
If you are returning dresses, please make sure they are in their original condition - unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair.
After we get your complaint, our customer service team will work with you to figure out a solution together. The return request must meet at least one of situations below:
1. Defective, Damaged or Misshipped Dresses
When requesting your refund, please provide customer service team with photographs and detailed textual description clearly showing the problem with the dresses. If you believe your items were damaged or lost during shipping, customer service team also need photographs showing the damaged package as well as proof of damage or lost documentation from the courier firm in order to process your refund.
2. Size or Fitting Issues - More than 1inch Disparity and Unfixable
Because of the nature of different materials, a measurement tolerance of 1inch/2.54cm is allowed for both standard size dresses and custom size dresses. Our tailors have also made all dresses with additional fabric in the seams to allow minor size modifications to be made easily. If the measurement differences are more than 1inch/2.54cm, please just contact the customer service team to work out a solution together.
3. Color Issue - Not Including Ones Caused by Screen Settings
The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on ninedresses.com. Slight color mismatches between the color of your item and the color shown on screen may not mean that the item is defective or misshipped. However, if you are confident that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact us and we are always happy to help solve any problem.
Ship the item out within 7 Days after Our Customer Service Team Give You the Return Address
Once our customer service team approved your return request, we will send you an email with information, like return address, which can guide you to ship the item back. Please ship the item our within 7 days after that. After you ship the item out, please send an email to email@example.com to tell us the courier firm you used and the tracking no. of the parcel.
After Receive and Check the Item, We Will Refund You the Money
After we receive the item, our return will be processed in 3 to 5 business days. Once your return is confirmed and inspected, please allow up to several business days for it to be refunded to your Credit Card.

5. Will I be able to alter my dress if I receive it and it doesn’t fit exactly right?
Yes. If your size fluctuates or you want to modify the dress slightly, we always leave a few inches in the seams so that your local tailor can easily make alterations as needed. Dresses generally have a margin of 1 inch on either side of a seam. Flower detailing, beading or belts/ribbons may limit ability to let a dress out.
6. If I want to wear high heels with the dress, should I add the length of my heel to my hollow to the floor measurement?
No, there is no need to add the length of the heel to your "Hollow to Floor" measurement. "Hollow to Floor" and "Height" measurements are both measured barefoot. The height of heels need to be provided separately.
7. Will my dress exactly match the color I see on your website?
When we take the picture of dresses, we will try our best to offer their exact colors to our customer.
There might be a slight difference between the actual dress's color and what you see in the photo depending on your computer monitor's display settings.
